My Shopping Assistant will be offline from 26 April until 4th May between 6pm – midnight every day.

This is great news in a strange way because it means that Tesco.com can move the final customers from the old system to the new system. Once this is done it means that all Tesco.com customers can use all the My Shopping Assistant Apps. It also means that we will be able to have access to much more of Tesco.com services and will be able to bring you more exciting features in the future.

Both the CTP (Community Technical Preview) and Beta editions of the Tesco grocery API will be off-air from 6pm – midnight UK (17:00-23:00 UTC) from 26 April until 4th May inclusive.

This is so that the Tesco.com IT teams can progress the final move of customers from the old ‘BOB’ grocery service to the new ‘Martini’ service with minimum disruption during peak loading times.

If you would like any further information on what this post means or you would like more technical information please contact us.
